Execution Management System is built upon an open architecture, with industry standard components:
- Central Relational Database: Centralized database ensures all decisions are based on common information. Its relational nature (NO flat files) makes it easy to customize, and integrate.
- Open API's, and Data Bridges: Execution Management System is easy to integrate with complementary systems like ERP, MRP, SCM, and PLM.
- IIS Web Server: Reports are always based on live data.
- Security: There are provisions such as "secure socket layer" (https); user authentication with LDAP; centrally controlled user privileges; and advanced password security to comply with the US Department of Defense standards.
