On-Site Customized Courses
Certification validates your understanding and experience in execution management based on the Critical Chain method and practices. It elevates the status of certificate holders, both within their own organizations and within the Critical Chain/TOC execution management community.
Our certification program provides various paths and goals that allow you to achieve what you need at your own pace. All completed training will be awarded Continuous Professional Education (CPE) units, which can be accumulated for obtaining advanced levels of certification. One hour of a learning session corresponds to one CPE unit.

Web-Based Courses
Core Series I – Introduction to Execution Management Using Concerto
Execution Management based on the Critical Chain method is widely adopted and field proven. This introductory mini series is for managers who use Concerto software for Execution Management.
Throughout this series, common problems and root causes will be explored and analyzed. Solutions for solving these problems will be presented in a way that is easy to grasp and that can be readily implemented. In addition, attendees will work through examples given in the workshops to get hands-on experience in solution design, from planning to execution.
These workshops are web-based and are offered throughout the year via instructor-lead or pre-recorded teleconferencing sessions. The workshops will be repeated each quarter. Attendees who successfully completed all eight workshops in Core Series I will be eligible to obtain a Concerto Critical Chain Practitioner certificate*.

* All certifications require passing a certification test and there will be a $25 processing fee for each certification. For organizations that do not have an active Realization support contract, there is a $150 (per person) fee for each web-based workshop.
On-Site Customized Workshops
Realization offers standard on-site workshops that can be customized for your organization’s environment. All on-site workshops involve a combination of Critical Chain concepts, Concerto software and practical discussions.
Depending on your organization’s size and implementation plan, two or more workshops may be merged and customized for a specific group. The course durations listed below are typical. For smaller organizations, some workshops may be shorter.
